Cleveland Clinic celebrated the expansion of its Weston Hospital campus with the addition of 28 beds to the 5th floor of the hospital’s bed tower. The new state-of-the-art rooms will provide expanded access to patients requiring complex care. Sixteen of the new beds are for intensive care and the other 12 are for telemetry and intermediate care services. The additional beds increase capacity by 12 percent, and brings the total number of beds at the Weston Hospital to 258.

The hospital continues to grow and add new services to meet the needs to of the community. In addition to Weston and the surrounding areas, Cleveland Clinic’s Weston Hospital also sees patients from 90 countries.

A ribbon cutting ceremony, held on Tuesday, December 13th, was attended by the hospital’s board members, leaders and administrators, elected officials and caregivers.
