Cleveland Cavaliers small forward LeBron James surprised pediatric patients from Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation with new shoes last week. The shoes, meant to benefit athletes of all abilities and ages, were given during a personal meet-and-greet at Cleveland Clinic Courts.
