Cleveland Clinic has announced that it is joining with AmeriHealth Caritas Florida, Inc. to expand access to world-class, compassionate care for patients across Florida, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

“As we continue to expand our in-network health insurance options, we’re pleased to join AmeriHealth Caritas Florida, Inc.’s network in Florida,” says Conor P. Delaney, MD, PhD, President of the Cleveland Clinic Florida Market and Executive Vice President of Cleveland Clinic. “This addition reflects our ongoing commitment to increasing access to high-quality care for individuals and families across the state.”

In Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties, AmeriHealth Caritas Florida, Inc. offers Health Insurance Marketplace plans through AmeriHealth Caritas Next. AmeriHealth Caritas Florida, Inc. also offers a Medicare Advantage plan, AmeriHealth Caritas VIP Care (HMO SNP), in the same counties to members who are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.

Under the terms of the new agreement, members will have access to approximately 12,000 physicians and caregivers at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Martin North and South Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital, and 40 outpatient centers located throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast.

“Our Ohio health plan has always enjoyed a strong relationship with Cleveland Clinic, and we are excited to build on that foundation in the Florida markets,” says Andy Marino, AmeriHealth Caritas Senior Vice President, Medicare, Exchange, and Provider Network. “By adding Cleveland Clinic in Florida to our network for both our Health Insurance Marketplace and Medicare Advantage plans, we are giving South Florida residents greater choice and access to world-class care during this important open enrollment period.”

Open enrollment for Health Insurance Marketplace plans runs through Jan. 15, 2026. For dual-eligible plans, the annual enrollment period ends Dec. 7, 2025.
