Beri Ridgeway, M.D.
CLEVELAND and LONDON — Cleveland Clinic announced the appointment of Beri Ridgeway, M.D., as President of Cleveland Clinic London, effective June 1.
Dr. Ridgeway, who currently serves as Cleveland Clinic’s Executive Vice President and Enterprise Chief of Staff, will transition from her current role to lead the London team, building on the organization’s strong momentum as one of the leading private hospitals in the United Kingdom.

In her current role, Dr. Ridgeway is responsible for 10,000 physicians, scientists, doctors, and advance practice providers and has managed global initiatives to increase access for patients. She has played a central role in advancing enterprise wide clinical and academic priorities and lead efforts to align clinical services worldwide.
She joined the Cleveland Clinic professional staff in 2009. Prior to her appointment as Chief of Staff, she served as Associate Chief of Staff, Institute Chair of the Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Women’s Health Institute and was the inaugural academic chair for the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine Department of Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Reproductive Biology.

She attended medical school at the University of California, San Francisco and completed a four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at University of California, San Diego. She completed a three-year fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Cleveland Clinic.
Robert Lorenz, M.D., who currently leads the London market, will transition to a new role managing Cleveland Clinic’s relationship with the Ellison Institute of Technology Oxford. An internal search for a new Enterprise Chief of Staff will begin immediately.
