Cleveland Clinic will open a new outpatient care facility in Brecksville in late 2027 in the Valor Acres mixed-use development located at Miller and Brecksville roads.

Cleveland Clinic’s new four-story, 60,000-square-foot facility will face Miller Road on the south side of the complex. It will have 108 exam rooms for primary care and specialty appointments in areas such as obstetrics and gynecology, vascular surgery, gastroenterology, orthopedics, endocrinology, rheumatology and nephrology. It will also offer a full range of imaging capabilities (CT, MRI, Xray, and mammography) and physical therapy and occupational therapy, easily accessible on the first floor.

This new facility is expected to create more than 100 new caregiver positions at Cleveland Clinic.

“We are looking forward to offering expanded care at a new location in Brecksville, conveniently located close to home and work for many people in Northeast Ohio,” said Brian Harte, M.D., president of Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital and Cleveland Clinic’s East Submarket.

The Valor Acres complex has been underway since 2018 and includes existing or planned residential, retail, businesses, industry, a hotel, public green space and more on 90 acres located near the newly rebuilt exit ramp from I-77 onto Miller Road.

Valor Acres was the location of a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs hospital from 1961 to 2011. The name “Valor Acres,” with its initials V.A., was chosen by the developer, DiGeronimo Companies, to honor this history.
