Cleveland Clinic Offers Free COVID-19 Online Screening Tool

Cleveland Clinic has launched a free coronavirus (COVID-19) online screening tool. Individuals answer a series of questions, based on symptoms and travel. The responses help determine their risk of COVID-19. At the end of the questionnaire, they’ll receive the most appropriate care recommendation. The questions are based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

Individuals can follow these steps to learn their risk level for COVID-19:
