Update to Visitation Guidelines at Cleveland Clinic Ohio and Florida Locations Beginning April 19

CCC Drago 06-17-20

Beginning Tuesday, April 19th, Cleveland Clinic locations in Ohio and Florida will implement new visitation guidelines at all facilities.

As COVID-19 cases remain steady in our communities, we are able to safely allow more people to visit their loved ones.

Key changes include:

  • Two individuals will be allowed to visit each inpatient at a time, instead of two individuals per day.
  • Visitors to hospitals must check in upon arriving and check out before leaving.
  • The age restriction for visitors will no longer apply.

Reminders:

  • Visitation hours remain 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Visitors will be asked to follow our Visitor Partnership Pledge upon arrival.
  • Individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 can visit a patient no less than 10 days after testing positive or being exposed.
  • Visitors are required to wear masks while inside any Cleveland Clinic facility.
  • Visitors to patients with COVID-19 must follow these guidelineswhich include wearing a mask, eye protection, gown and gloves.

Our full visitation policy can be found on our website at clevelandclinic.org/visitation.
