The Clinic by Cleveland Clinic, a joint venture between Cleveland Clinic and Amwell, offers high-quality virtual second opinions by combining Cleveland Clinic's clinical expertise with Amwell's digital platform. This initiative provides patients across the U.S. access to over 3,500 expert physicians from the comfort of their homes, resulting in diagnosis or treatment plan changes 67% of the time and average savings of $8,705 per patient.

The Clinic's services include secure video consultations, digital record collection and concierge-level care. In addition to announcing its partnership with Transcarent in 2023, The Clinic continues to expand relationships with health and payer organizations including Elevance, Rightway and others.
