LAS VEGAS: Cleveland Clinic announced its plans to expand care in Nevada through the addition of concierge medicine and executive health practices set to begin seeing patients in the third quarter of 2025 and in 2026, respectively.

“We established our presence in Nevada 15 years ago through our flagship neurological program inside the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. As we looked for ways to increase our services to Nevadans, we wanted to do so in a way that is meaningful to the community,” said Tommaso Falcone, M.D., executive vice president and president, International and Emerging Markets at Cleveland Clinic. “Our expansion into concierge medicine and executive health aligns with Nevada’s rapidly growing population and increased demand for care. This marks an exciting first step in our long-term plan for strategic and sustainable growth.”

The additional service lines are part of Cleveland Clinic’s Primary Care Institute. These services will grow the health system’s physical footprint in southern Nevada with both clinical practices located inside Evora, a mixed-use development space, conveniently located in the southwest part of the Las Vegas valley.

Cleveland Clinic’s concierge medicine program is a global network with more than 2,000 patients in its care across existing locations in Abu Dhabi, Florida, London and Toronto. The expansion into Nevada is part of a domestic rollout of the program, with additional locations also planned in Florida and Ohio. Concierge medicine offers a highly personalized health assessment and ongoing primary care, including:

Physician communication available 24 hours a day, including personalized support during medical emergencies.

Longer visit times than traditional primary care appointments.

Personalized treatment plans based on medical history and lifestyle.

Access to top specialists in the Las Vegas community and throughout the Cleveland Clinic health system, with coordinated care managed by a primary care physician.

“Primary care is the first point of entry into a health system and concierge medicine offers a convenient and personalized way to navigate this system, through 24/7/365 access to a dedicated primary care physician,” said James Gutierrez, M.D. Chairman of the Primary Care Institute at Cleveland Clinic.

“These physicians serve fewer patients than traditional primary care providers, allowing them to spend more time with each patient and to facilitate their ongoing care, including referrals to subspecialty providers in the community or throughout our larger health system. It is a highly personalized model of care, which we are excited to bring as another option to Nevadans.”

Cleveland Clinic executive health combines world-class medical, wellness and preventive services through a comprehensive assessment. Its aim is to discover potential health problems, target, reduce and eliminate medical risk factors and promote wellness. This integrated and collaborative head-to-toe evaluation includes various providers, including a physician, nurse, dietitian, exercise physiologist and psychologist. Patients will leave this full-day appointment with an understanding of the status of their overall health and a personalized health report with recommendations to lead a healthier life.

“Cleveland Clinic came to Las Vegas to help fulfill a vision my wife, Camille, and I had to build a multidisciplinary center focused on the research, treatment and education of brain diseases, like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and multiple sclerosis, so that Nevadans no longer had to leave the state as our family did for answers or ongoing care and support,” said Larry Ruvo, co-founder and chairman of Keep Memory Alive, the fundraising arm of the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

“Now, 15 years later, I could never have imagined the impact the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health would have in bringing several first-of-its-kind programs, not just to Nevada, but the nation. We’ve partnered with Maria Shriver to open The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement Prevention and Research Center, enrolled more than 900 active and retired athletes into our Professional Athletes Brain Health Study examining the effects of repetitive head impacts and tailored support programming for unpaid family caregivers through the Angie Ruvo Endowed Caregiving Chair.”

Ruvo added, “I am so very proud of the dignity, support and hope we have brought through 300,000 patient appointments and 116,000 visits to our no-cost therapeutic and educational programming. We remain committed to advancing neurological care and are overjoyed to see this world-renowned health system expand services to impact more lives and add more options for quality healthcare in our community.”

Membership for concierge medicine and appointments for executive health are not yet available. Those interested in learning more or being added to the wait list can email ConciergeMedicineNV@ccf.org.
