Cleveland Clinic’s in-country representatives covering a total of 17 markets have in-depth knowledge of the latest treatment options and draw on their shared language and cultural understanding to support a seamless patient experience.

“Expanding our in-country representative network is central to Cleveland Clinic’s commitment to making world-class care more accessible,” said Dr. Falcone. “By establishing a presence in El Salvador, we are strengthening our ability to connect patients and providers to our global expertise, while delivering a more personalized, culturally aligned experience throughout every step of the care journey.”

In addition to supporting patients, in-country representatives connect local medical professionals with Cleveland Clinic’s education and training opportunities.
