Ninety-five Cleveland Clinic faculty members have been recognized as outstanding preceptors for their role in educating year 3 Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University students during their core clerkships. Recipients of this prestigious honor, which celebrates mentorship during the 2024 calendar year, were chosen based on criteria including quality and frequency of feedback provided to students and student evaluations of the faculty members.
Faculty work closely with students to maximize learning and foster inclusivity. By providing students with high quality, non-judgmental and timely feedback, faculty members help students improve their practical skills and grow more confident as caregivers.
Each honored faculty member was presented with a CCLCM educator pin as a token of recognition for their vital contributions toward educating future physicians.
